thank you so much! I lost quite a bit on my own but hit a wall and gave it all back by eating cookies and bread. I feel pretty good on this diet and know that I will have no problem hitting my 1200 calories I can add back in my precious beans. Lol congratulations and keep up all of the hard work!

I am trying the 17 Day Diet,which starts out as a low carb diet. I am 4 days in and can tell by the way my clothes fit that it is working so far. I'm not sure how that would work with your needs but feel free to add me anyway!!:drinker:

Skinny ***** did the trick for me. They also have a cookbook. Beans are your new best friend. Watch your carbs and processed foods. Good Luck! Add me if you like.
