coffee, 2 hard boiled eggs, banana or orange or apple. that is my breakfast almost daily. I boil and peal the eggs earlier in the week and bring with me to school and eat i the car or I would stink up the whole classroom.

well... I went camping and river tubing in WI at the famous apple river where alcohol was flowing like the river, i was drunk for 3 days straight. I like to drink... I hear ya, Alcohol is something that I wont take out of my diet (sorry non-drinkers out there) I know it id going to take me longer and I will have to work harder at my weight loss if I continue to drink, but guess what... I'm only 22, in college, love drinking with my friends. that's that.

I am 5'2 and 22 years old, currently 144 lbs, started at 155, My goal is 115 by November. I am stuggling to lose weight, not sure what is wrong, I have 1200 cals a day, drink lots of water.... burn around 500-600 cals a day working out... still stuck at 144.

don't have a HUGE meal before you workout, half like half a sandwich or some yogurt or even cereal, thats what I do, because i always workout around dinner time, so I have a little something before and then eat my dinner when I am done (a high protein dinner)

So I'm watching "I didn't know I was pregnant" right now and then i came across this hahaha. take another pregnancy test with your first urine of the day! (I took this advice from the show) /but if you have low body fat and are super fit, then yeah it can be a little off

just go by how your body feels. if you feel awesome and have lots of energy, you're doing this spot on, if you're feeling tired and fatigue all the time, you might wanna let up a little. Just take cues from what you're body is "telling" you.
