I finally lost enough to earn my first charm! YEA!!! I went to WW this morning and was down 7.6lbs from last week. Now to go get my first charm. I'm so excited!!!

I am also a knitter. I also am a writer. I have a book of poetry I wrote, and I'm working on my first novel.

Congratulations to everyone who lost this past week. I stayed the same this week. I think I need to lower my calorie intake. I'm staying within my range, but I'm not losing. Hopefully, this week will show a weight loss.
