  • Not quite sure what being an MLM has to do with the product. Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware and the list goes on. There is nothing old about Shakeology. The ingredients are 100% natural. For the cleanse you are supposed to use water for less calories but there is nothing wrong with using a little skim milk. I personally drink…
  • U guys rock! Its not always easy to lose baby weight. What are you all doing? Maybe you need to change things up a little bit.

  • You do not pay for a coach. You get a free coach when you purchase a product from beachbody. No membership fee required. Beachbody wants for you to be succesful with anything that you purchase and therefore wants you to have a live person that you can contact for issues. Once you activiate your online account this person…
  • Its a great business and like all others, great to get discounts on products you already love. Great way to keep accountable and help others.
  • Quantum Wellness 21 day cleanse by Kathy Freston. I have not had red meat forever but I did this cleanse last June right after having my last turkey burger on memorial day and have been meat free for over a year now. I did add fish back into my diet but thats it. I felt full of energy, had clear skin when I did this.
  • Sorry for your frustration first of all. I will have to agree with others that if your diary is correct, you are not eating enough. Second, do not give up Shakeology as someone suggested, I'm sorry. Its the best thing you can put into your body. However, you do need to have fresh veggies and fruit as well. Make sure you…
  • If your pants feel looser, you probably have lost inches. Its important to take meaurements and not just focus on the scale. Don't give up. Also, make sure you are eating enough. I had this problem and now have been adding more protein beginning this week.
  • Very important to watch what you eat as well as working out. I would say that your diet is even more important. Don't worry about what other's say as long as you feel and look good and you are going for a healthy weight. I have that same problem. At 190lbs my family thinks that I look good. Granted, even at that weight I'm…

  • love it
  • Thats probably losing muscle from doing too much cardio and not enough strentgh training.
  • First of all, way to go on the 34 lb loss. Running is personally something that I have never been able to push myself to do for more than 5 minutes. I've done the Couch to 5k and I've done this 18 minute sprint program as well. In the past, I have found a great benefit in walking on incline. The greatest lost that I've…
  • I was afraid of it too and now I'm in phase 3. But I have not had any surgery. I agree that Tony always says "Do your best and forget the rest". So the key is to only do what you can do. Also he has other programs that have some of the same moves that might be a little easier to start out with.
  • In regards to surviving one tape of P90x....What does Tony say: Do your best and forget the rest! And he means it. Most people dont start out being able to do everything. As I mentioned, I'm in the last phase. I can not do 1 pull up, I can only do a little of Ab Ripper X. There are a few other moves that I just can not do…
  • Turbo Fire has great motivating music that will keep you moving. I have Jillian's tapes too. 30 day Shred and Boost Metabolism and I gave them to a friend to use because I can't stand the sound of her voice. Something about her is not motivating at all. I know its crazy but I have a crazy schedule too and I work out at 4am…
  • Way to go!!! Make sure you post these on P90 website......great inspiration for others. I'm in phase 3 now.....
  • I just sent a request
  • I eat my carbs early in the day with breakfast and or lunch. None after 1pm. I normally eat what I cooked for dinner the night before for lunch and light for dinner. Veggies and protein or a protein shake. For some reason I'm not hungry in the evenings. The carbs that I do eat are regular potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole…
  • Its different for different people. The heavier you are the more you will burn. Depends on your intensity and if you do low impact or do all moves at high impact. Naturally men burn more than women. I've burned anywhere from 500-800 calories doing Plyo. I get mad that I have done it with men that seem to be working the…
  • This is what I do Rappla. I just add in my own exercise and use my calories burned from my HRM.
  • Hi, I will send you two requests. I'm not quite a vegetaria because I do eat fish but I've been a year with no meat or dairy and trying to learn more and more.
  • Nope....I've done the Quantum Wellness 21 day cleanse and a Shakeology cleanse. I prefer the Shakeology cleanse its just three days and got rid of the bloat, water weight and a few pounds. I personally do not take any k ind of diet pills. Natural is the way to go and be safe. Be careful with those.
  • Welcome Mary. I'm new too and I also live in Fredericksburg.
  • Hi All, I'm new here. I'm at the end of phase 2 but would love to send you all friend requests. Think I'm going to do insanity next.
  • I'm still sore MC. Way more sore than I've ever been with P90. I think its the fact of using different muscles of the body. I did nothing yesterday and only about half of Core Synergestics today. Good thing this is recovery week anyway. Oh, I did do about half of round 40 yesterday but definitely not with 100% effort. Yes,…

  • When I belonged to a gym there were signs everywhere that no cell phones were allowed once you past the front desk. Its so annoying. I love working out at home. Dont have to worry about cell phones, little skinny girls in booty shorts making you feel bad or guys that look like popeye...lol
  • I agree with TheKitsune6 that diet probably has a lot to do with it. I was one of those that worked out for a long time with no change to my diet and while I didnt really gain, I didnt lose either. It takes a combination of weight training and cardio to lose weight in my opinion. You can do all of the cardio in the world…
  • Right. There really is no magic. Eat right and exercise. It takes time. You just have to be patient. I'm new here too by the way.
  • Its the first thing that I do when I wake up. I get up extra early (4am) and work out and then get on with the rest of my dad. Otherwise, I'm sure it would get skipped a lot. It also makes for a better day for me. I have just found this site and have to say the food tracking is great. I dont think I've found anything like…
