  • I've tried it. Loved it. Have not done the whole program but I'm pretty confident in saying that its effective as Shaun T is no joke. It may look like fun but its an awesome work out.
  • Depends on whats in it. When I think sugar free, I think artificial sweetener like aspartame or splenda. I'd personally just rather have a little of the real thing.

  • I'm in school too. Online classes and all work is due on Sunday at midnight, so when I woke up, I just sat up in bed and put my laptop on. It was 1pm when I realized I was starving and then the normal meal didnt break my hunger.
  • When I did Weight Watchers, I weighed on Saturday am for that same reason. Used a good portion of my flexpoints. Then didnt have to worry aobut it affecting my weigh in the next Saturday.

  • Lucky you have me cracking up. I definitely notice a difference between when I do not drink at all and when I drink even if I count the calories. My body does way better with no alcohol when trying to lose.
  • I think the idea of being a product of the product would consist of using some kind of supplement that they carry on a regular basis and therefore one would really not have a problem meeting their pv goals each month.
  • I may try this again. I plan to add in extra cardio starting November 8th and maybe I will follow the C25K plan. Its sooo hard for me to run.
  • Take measurements also. Remember, its not all about the scale. I've watched people with not much to lose drop 2 clothes sizes with losing just a few pounds but loads of inches.
  • Your diet is key!!! If you do the program and eat the way you should, you will have great results.
