I hear ya. When I say I need to workout, I get eye rolls. He doesn't want to eat my "healthy crap" and throws a fit if I don't make him something fattening with dinner. He can kiss my *kitten*. :laugh: Do it for you, not for him. And add me! If my big ole butt can do this you can too.

^^Same here! I lost 40 to conceive, and after she was born I gained it all back plus 20 more. UGH! Doesn't help that I'm addicted to carbs...

No set goal for my carbs, but I know I eat too many. My biggest portion issue is I grew up cooking for 5, and now when I cook for 2 I make waaaaay too much food. I hate to waste it so I'll eat until I'm overfull. If I can teach myself to make less, I can eat less. If I can eat less carbs, it will be 10 times easier to lose…

No ideas, but I feel your pain. I have those days too! I usually just say the heck with it and go over for the day, I can always start over in the morning.

I just walked 2 miles in 40 minutes. Once my legs stop burning I'll go look at dinner options for tonight.
