count me in! I am doing this with my extended family and It has been great! BUT I could always use friends! I started out at 235 I am now as of today...... 183!!!! My goal is 145 by September 30th...will see :)

So I am a mom of 5 and I Just had #5 2 months ago. I started at 235 and I am now 185. I think alot of it was water retention. I am wondering how to add in my addtional calories needed for nursing. If you are working out...Lifting weights?... you are probally gaining muscle. For men that is pretty typical. Muscle is good...(for men :) Not so attractive for women! If you want to lose POUNDS , I would do more cardio. Make sure that you get your heart rate up to at least 130-160. I actually had the same experience....I…
