  • crazyola26, when do you plan to switch to level two then? Do you do 1 week of that circuit before moving to level 2 (or two weeks, or three weeks?) i'm a little confused :)

  • Awesome. You won't believe this.. I was just under 170 today too! I'm not changing my 'ticker' until I hit it for a few days in a row (i figure if i do that with gain, I should do it with loss, too!) I soooooo want the scale to say 168 next time i step on it!

  • I figured I'd use her words because mine is nearly the same, but I got married 6 years ago and the past 4 years the weight has come on! No kids, one cat, and i just want to have my old, somewhat strong, somewhat confident body/life back! Looking forward to 'meeting' other 30 somethings!

  • Four dress sizes is great! Have you checked on inches... that really makes the difference. Maybe switch up your routine a bit. Sometimes it even helps to take a few days off.
