hi all! thanks for your response! truly appreciate it. i deliberately did not log my calories for the past two weeks and just went by on how i feel: eat when i'm hungry, and stop when i'm full. it worked for me about a month ago and lost 3 lbs. just going by how i feel. my workouts have been consistent at about 4-5 times…

Completely agree on everything that you said lodicox7! And to answer your question Quickfin, try going on a liquid-only diet every other day. It could be just protein water every 2 hours (to keep you full and your muscles) or like a veggie juice fast. Then do about an hour cardio with it. It works, it's quick weight loss…
