  • okay I am going to try this for 5 days to see if I can get back in Ketosis. Ony subsittute will be that I add 2.5 ounces of deer sausage as an additional choice and only because I have a bunch of that available for cheap.
  • I dont have any feelings of lightheadedess but i do take fish oil and multivitamins to head off any problems with not enuff variety in a diet that restricts some fruits

  • How do you get rid of excess sodium? Drink more water and exercise preferably where you sweat. Then drink more water. Eventually drinking enuff water will lower your sodium since.I dont see how any1 could retain water drinking 8 8 oz glasses of water.

  • Sounds like you guys know what your doing around the kitcheon. I just microwave the brocoli for 5 min and add cheese. Trying all those recipes tomorrow

  • Thats why i drown my salads with dressings, cook bacon in my cabbage/ collards. Thankfully i like salsa, tomato soups, soups with creole flavor. I am still losing but my activity level is probably pretty high.
  • Not sure,but i think that starvation mode thing is just a myth. I thought the wieght these biggest losers are losing would kinda squelch all the starvation mode thing and the need to lose weight gradually. Just be sure she is getting a balanced diet or taking vitamins.

  • If you have a pool handy or have a ymca membership. Try walking in waist high water and as your back gets stronger jogging in waist high water. Raise your legs high as you walk. Water aerobics also whould be beneficial for your back and stomach. It makes sense that your back is not strong because of your stomach surgery.…

  • Home made spicy Pickled Eggs, I have a jar in the Fridge now with 3 left, i have 1 or 2 a day.

  • If we christians are supposed to be the salt and light of the earth, salt cant be that bad. i know someone who sprinkles a salt shaker literally on everthing he eats. Skinny as a rail and he gets around alot better than me these days. i use to tell him it was bad for him i wont anymore.

  • i count it, but i have to make up stuff to account for some of the exercizes and i count some as weightlifting also like pushups. i get enough time walking that i am going over on total minutes already.
