I weigh most things as I cook most of my meals. I don't understand why if 8 oz = 1 cup, then MFP says 1cup of chopped zucchini with 4.4 oz in parenthesis. Try fruit sorbet with lite cool whip, only 120 cal for 1/2 cup. Most ice cream servings are 1/4 cup and a lot more calories.

Hey Jeff, I know what you mean about how weight can sneak up on you over a few years. I just started myself (about a month in) and I have lost 5 lbs. I'm hungry all the time and workout like crazy so I can eat more or have a beer after work. I hope to lose about 30 lbs. good luck! Beth

Today I ate an apple and yogurt with my morning coffee (sugare free hazelnut creamer added), then a turkey burger on a whole wear bun with BBQ sauce and Lipton crunchy onions for lunch.
