Hello everyone! My name is Jeff. I woke up this morning and decided that it was time to get myself back into shape and lose my excess weight that has built up over the last 5 years or so. Right now I am a little over 200 pounds and 6'0". I am hoping to get back to my old weight of around 170 - 175.
Although I work 80 to 100 hours per week and there are not enough hours in a day for me to get in exercise until this 2 month long project is over, the one thing that I do have control over is my calorie intake. Eating is my biggest problem because I sit in front of a computer 16 hours a day (I am a computer programmer). I found this app while searching the Android Play Store and figured I would give it a shot.

Hey Jeff,
I know what you mean about how weight can sneak up on you over a few years. I just started myself (about a month in) and I have lost 5 lbs. I'm hungry all the time and workout like crazy so I can eat more or have a beer after work. I hope to lose about 30 lbs. good luck! Beth0 -
Thank you very much! I can't wait until I have the time again to start working out. I used to be very active before I took a job that requires me to sit in front of a computer for long periods.... Rock climbing, scuba diving, surfing, hiking, etc. Hopefully I will be doing all of those again really soon! Good luck to you too!0
