I have a very weak left wrist, after tendon and ligament damage years ago, had to build up the weights carefully, I too struggle with mat work ie push ups etc, and have to back off if I feel it twinging, the one thing it does NOT like is the TRX, and if I persist, I end up over compensating on my other wrist and both hurt!…

I found it a bit weird, and to be honest when it jumped back to intervals, I struggled, so I missed that week and jumped up a week and done that 2 weeks running, am on D2 of W8 now, you do get into it honest.

I joined the gym early July, started with my trainer towards end of July and lost nearly 2 stone with her, she is fantastic, well worth the money. Although I'd personally be a bit put off by a newly qualified one that's felt the need to work for free for 6 months!hmmm!

I've had one for 2 months now, best investment I ever made, she is fantastic, she is always there for advice on food or whatever, doesnt have to just be in our weekly sessions, she is totally motivating and I wouldnt have touched the free weights without her!

Fantastic well done. I started it in late May, but been a bit stoppy starty for various reasons, and had to repeat a few weeks, attacking W7 now :-) I love the programme.

Ditto this ^^^^ Mine is great, she is more than just an hour a week, always ready to give advice/help etc whenever I want to text/call/email her even when she's not at the gym, she is fantastic.

Yesterday (D1) I walked and went to the gym and ran on the treadmill, drank plenty of water, would have liked to have done more, but didnt have the time.

Im sure you will all do well :-) Good luck on W4, I got a bit stuck at it, couldnt crack it, repeated it, and still didnt feel comfy, but then decided to take the plunge and try W5, which I found easier :-) Just repeating D2 of W6 for like the 4th time, the jump to D3 is quite hard!

I lift and do lots of strength and boxing, and I have found spinning has really boosted my running! I'm now supposed to be on W7, but struggling with the 20 mins run last day of W6 at the moment, but I dont think it will be long :-)

Well done to you all, it does get easier honest, I'm struggling a bit with D3 W6, 20 min solid run, a jump from D2 of 5 min run 3 walk 5 run 3 walk 5 run! But I'm adding extra days in and just running for as long as I can until I reach the 20 and then will move up again :-) I struggled with D1 W1 when I started 10 weeks…

I walk/run/spin/aqua regularly, and go to the gym, enjoy boxing and freeweights there. Hoping to get a bike in the new year and enjoy a bit of cycling :-)
