Im on W6, as had to take a few breaks, not quite made the 20 min run yet though, so just going to keep trying to up it before moving on.

I too repeated W4 twice! I just couldnt master it, still had not and moved to W5, which I actually found easier! Am on D3 of W6, but got to repeat that day a few times, not making the 20mins yet!

Hey good for you for getting back on it, I attempted on and off for years, always found an excuse, too busy etc etc. I joined in May and have lost just over 2 stone so far, its a great site, and lots of great support, there are some fantastic people on here :-)

I love the TRX, and the Viper, but both put a lot of strain on my dodgy wrist, so I have to limit it, but hoping as my wrist strengthens I'll be able to do more :-)

Hmm hard, because I dont seem to rely on much anymore, used to have to have/do certain things everyday, but I'm not like that now, except they gym, but I'm not giving that up lol

Have an hour PT session followed by 45 mins of spinning, and will do about 30 mins swimming, and in all will walk for just over an hour.

I wouldnt skip either, you need the time to build your body up to getting used to it, I'm hoping to run D3 of W6 tonight, I repeated W1 to get my legs upto it more, and I got a bit stuck at W4, just couldnt seem to nail it!

Agree, doesnt make any sense at all! Cardio doesnt bulk up muscles anyway, as stated above just burns calories, really dont see how the guy decided on this, is he a PT or just a gym bod so to speak? Also on an induction they should be working out a plan on the machines to use and how long for, reps/sets etc, doesnt sound…

I was worried about stepping in the free weights section, but the guys at my gym are lovely, and if I'm not there with my trainer they are helpful and polite :-) you will get settled into it :-)

Depends on how I feel, normally about an hour and half, but today was only an hour as wasnt feeling it, and yesterday was time restricted so only an hour, but it depends on the effort you put in also.

My biggest hate at the moment is people saying 'anythink' its ANYTHING!!! I think its worse in my area, not sure if other countries even have the problem, but it irritates the hell out of me! I wont start on all the other things that annoy me, I'm easily annoyed lol.
