I didnt lose enough weight to have flabby/sagging skin i dont think, and I do crunches every day. :)

Thank you all so much for the compliments!!! I did this by eating 1200 calories a day, lots of healthy foods, lean meats and fruits and veggies. I'm on the elliptical 5 days a week for at least half hour, I do squats with weights, and sit-ups. :-)

I used to have HORRIBLE cellulite, on my tummy, and thighs espically- i stopped eating ALL greasy and fried foods, chips, junk, etc and work out on the elliptical 5 days a week, and do squats with weights and my cellulite is 97% gone.... i dont believe its impossible to get rid off....just ALOT of willpower and dedication…

Thank u everybody! I'm 5"10 , and it took me about two months. I do squats with weights, 100 crunches 3x a week, and I try and burn at least 500 calories on the elliptical 4x a week. Also I try and eat healthy. :))))

I don't drink THAT much- And I do eat healthy - usually. Except when I get the drunk munchies. I'm done drinking for awhile as of today. I'd rather be healthy and toned.

Well- I have usually 3 to 4 mixed drinks a day- plus some shots usually. And when I wake up hungover- it's WAY hard to get to the gym- and I get drunk munchies, which sucks. I know it's unhealthy, but I enjoy it. Maybe I'll just try and keep drinking to the weekends. Ooooo. This white Russian is YUMMY

Lol- in my before pic, I had absolutely NO definition anywhere on my body. I was slightly overweight for my height, so I figured I'd lose a few lbs and tone up. :) still got alot of work ahead of me though! thank you everybody for the kind words. :smile:

Damn those cigarettes!! At least once a month I quit for a week then start back up again- I get over the worst part, but then I decide to light one up- I'm torturing myself!
