Jack 3-D???
I've been taking small amounts of jack 3d these past few days and it makes me tingle all over , feel REALLY lightheaded and just weird. Is this normal? And I also have Epilepsy.... Is it safe for me to tKe? I didn't think about it before I took it....

how high should my heart rate be while exercising?
I try and run 2 miles a day, and sometimes my heart rate gets up to 230 and I feel like my lungs are going to burst....what's the average normal heart rate while exercising? Is mine too high? Advice please! Thank you! :)

Treadmill VS Elliptical ?
I'm down to my goal weight- but I'm trying to maintain my current weight and tone up my legs, so should I do the elliptical or keep running on the treadmill ?

Twitchig or tiny "popping" in thighs after workout?
So about a month ago I noticed after my workout , I felt tiny little pops in my thighs, all over them, or tiny twitches. It usually happens when im on the treadmill for a long time, They don't hurt, and last only about 10 minutes, but its kinda trippin me out. Does anybody know what the heck this is???

NSV!!!! Good but bad at the same time.
My hubby bought me a crapload of expensive jeans this year from the Buckle.... I LOVE them, but now they are literally falling off me and my butt crack is constantly hanging out. Love the weight loss but don't wanna give up all those pimpin jeans!!!! Guess it's a good reason to go out and buy more ;-)

All together I've lost 12 lbs- I'm 3 lbs away from my weight loss goal. HOW can I stop babying my injured leg!?????!! Frustrated!
Six months ago I broke my leg and ankle and had 8 pins and two plates put in. I've been exercising on it for two months - I notice though every time I do squats or leg curls, the right side of my legs and bum (my uninjured side) only hurt the next day- I try and focus on using both just as much- but it just doesn't seem to…

How long is long enough on the treadmill???
I'm not losing weight like I had hoped I would after a month of intense exercise... I usually go on the treadmill for about half an hour, walking and jogging over a mile at least. Usually burn around 200 calories.... Do I need to stay on the treadmill longer to lose weight quicker?

I got a pretty nasty cold, so I took a week break from the gym to recover. I was going 5x a week for a few hours a day, I tried to go back the other day, and I couldn't even bring myself to work out so I left after 20 mins- I'm exhausted- I sleep all day, every day, and feel like I always need to nap. Overtraining and illness??
I have had 5 TERRIBLE colds in the last 4 months- they've been Especially bad lately.... I read somewhere if you're overtraining you can get a cold/other health issues.... Does anybody know any truth to this?

I can't stop my nighttime munchies!!!
I'll eat healthy all day and exercise, but by the time 9 o'clock rolls around I am starving- and I usually pig out- also, I mostly crave junk food, why is that? I drink tons of water to help curb the urge to munch.... But it doesn't seem to be helping.

I almost always go WAY over on my protien. I'm trying to build muscle so is it a good thing it a bad thing?

I have no energy at the gym anymore- why?
I uses to have so much energy at the gym- but this past week it seems like I just don't have energy to give it all I got- I'm not tired, I get plenty of sleep. I'm eating lots of protien (nuts, meats) and I drink a protein/energy drink before I go- but I'm still dragging a**. What's wrong with me?

Pain in my ribs while doing sit-ups w medicine ball?
I'm doing sit-ups with a 10 lb. medicine ball and my ribs hurt terribly while doing them.... Is that normal? And I'm sure it's not my abs.

Why dont I feel "the burn" after I use the machines at the g
I just got a gym membership/ I went last night and I lifted as much as I could possibly lift, but today I don't feel even a little sore.... I'm using the leg curls, ab cruncher, etc, w at least 25 lbs of weights. Am I using the machines wrong or something? It's very frustrating... Plz help!
