Is it bad to go over on protien?

I almost always go WAY over on my protien. I'm trying to build muscle so is it a good thing it a bad thing?

1 to 1.5G per LB of body weight... Thats what I do to keep my muscle. This is in all cases of cut or bulk. I am always over and it works well for me..0
