I'm thinking there must be something wrong with the app or they've changed something in the latest update. Mine use to sync up just fine with Fitbit and Mapmyfitness. Now I can't get either to work and I've uninstalled and reinstalled both.

Exactly...you have to live a little. I just turned 39 and I realized that it's harder than it use to be to get it off. But I continue to work the plan...good productive workouts (burning 400-500 calories at least 5 days a weeks and sometimes 2-a-days) and trying to make the right choices 85% of the time and staying withing…

Thanks Emily...I've decided to just keep working the plan and see what happens. I'm working out daily and trying to make good choices. At the end of the day, that's all I can do. I figure something will have to happen eventually.

I'm usually at the gym by 5:30am. I usually have yogurt on the way to the gym or wheat toast with peanut butter. But like you, by the time I get home to get ready for work, I don't have time to get a good breakfast until I get to work...around 8:30. Lately I've been trying to make a breakfast sandwich that I can eat while…

I took them years ago and it really didn't do anything for me that making lifestyle changes wouldn't have done. It's really just a lot of caffeine...coffee is cheaper
Also, I drink a bunch of water when I take my vitamins right before bed - so "nature" forces me up at that time as a routine.
Never even crossed my mind to take my vitamins at night. I'll have to try that. I take them to work with me to try to take them at lunch and I seem to forget most of the time.

I like getting it done in the morning because I just never know how the day is going to go. After working all day there are a million things I'd rather be doing in the evenings. Also, it kind of sets the tone for the day. I'm usually at the gym around 5:30am. So once I get a really good workout under my belt, I hate to…

Thanks for the wake up call Susan. Yes, when time gets short, the quality of my food isn't always the best. But I try to manage my portions. If you go back a little further there is plenty of egg whites, baked sweet potatoes, fish and yogurts and salads in there too. But I'm the first to admit that I find it difficult to…

Yeah, I realize the scale messes with my head too. Maybe I'll start tracking my inches instead. Right now I weigh myself almost every day and I have to stop that. Thanks

I've always just focused on calories but you're right. The types of calories might make a difference too. I've pretty much given up white bread and white rice, unless I'm out and that's all they have. But sugar might be an issue...I like condiments. Thanks so much!

Not sure what the tree calc is but I'll look it up and give it a try... Thanks

I have lost weight really well in the past on 1200 calories. But this time around it seems harder. I have about 12 lbs to lose now and I'm eating about 1200 and eating about 1/3 of my exercise calories back because I was afraid of going into starvation mode. But the scale isn't moving. So I'm thinking I need to stick to a…

I'm pear shaped AND short...4'11"...double whammy...add me. I'd love to share ideas.
