In my humble opinion, this is the most important one. With this one, the rest will follow. You CAN do this. Good luck!

I try to eat less than 100g of carbs a day. I eat a lot of fish and eggs but I also fit in other higher carb foods in moderation. That is the key....moderation.

I had that happen to me last night but it finally went away.

You are doing GREAT! I can't stress enough that permanent weight loss needs to be gradual. A pound a week is what I am shooting for and so far am suceeding. And I have 30 pounds to lose, DON'T STOP! Keep up the great work!!

Waiting to see that Black Bean Brownie recipe....all the ones I have looked at aren't really that low carb.

OMG....I should NOT have come back to this thread. :D

I can totally empathize with you as a fellow sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks as well as PTSD, OCD and a few other things. That's one reason I bought myself an exercise bike...I HATE going to gyms. I have panic attacks and anxiety when I am alone in public..anywhere. So I don't go out all that much by myself. As a…

Without a doubt, music. If I listen to some upbeat favorites, my spirits will soar!

Mine, as well. It may sound silly but I do NOT want to be cremated either...doesn't matter that I am not going to feel it.

As much Hershey's Moose Tracks ice cream as I could get in me. And its got to be Hershey's.

Your story sounds a little like mine sans the pregnancy....I am out of that age range. :D But I also lost weight on MFP....50 pounds.... had a life crisis, ended up depressed and suffering from PTSD and panic attacks....and gained 20 pounds back. I am a type 2 diabetic and my dream is to be OFF the medication forever. I…

I lost 50 pounds here my first time around and when my partner died, I fell off the rails eating anything I wanted and as much as I wanted and gained back 20 pounds. Since you have decided to restart too (congrats!), YOU have made the choice to make YOURSELF accountable and that's really what it's all about. My daughter…

This. There is no magic spell that is going to help you do one of the other. It's not a situation where you can't....you simply choose not to. Not being mean but we all have it in us to make the right choices. I confessed that before I did my restart on here, I finished a bag of Rolo's because I didn't want to waste them.…

I didn't quit. I have diet Coke with lemon when I am out and I have an occasional Coke Life at home.

Do I get a choice?

Just remember.....don't eat those things like crazy. :) I eat them on occasion....not every night. I don't eat cheese balls every night, either. :D And make certain any treats fit into your plan and that you are still getting the majority good stuff. Treats are fine....but they shouldn't be your focus. Good luck!

Tired (after my workout), but happy.

The less you have to lose, the longer it generally takes to get it off. When I was getting down to my goal weight, I might not lose anything for several weeks, then lose a 1/2 pound. It can be frustrating but your body is not going to give it up just because you want it too. :) And your diet is most likely not sustainable.…
