No More Revolving Door
Hi. This is the...what?....the 5th time I have been here. The first time I was successful... every time after that, I wasn't. So here I am for the absolutely LAST TIME! I promise....LOL! Back to the Future
I remember what brought me to MFP the first time back in 2012. He told me to stay on the Metformin to help…

Ravelympics/USOC Controversy
For any of you who arent aware of this whole thing, the NPR website has a story on it. Since I cant post the URL here, you will have to do a search for it. But its interesting, thats for sure. And I am proud to belong to a social network that is passionate enough to fight for their dignity!!
Age Spots Fading?
I have had age spots on my hands for several years now. I am finding that when I eat healthier, the spots fade....not completely but noticeably. Is this a coincidence or does a change in diet help that sort of thing?
