Last night I had one of those little Haagen Daaz cups of ice cream. Used the little spoon that comes in the lid and ate it VERY slowly. It fit into my plan so why not? Hang in there. Your BS doesn't drop all of a sudden....takes a little time. You are doing the right things. I take 1000 mg of Metformin twice a day as well as Amaryl. Can't WAIT to get off them both someday.

I just finished ordering my new recumbent exercise bike....should arrive on Wednesday. Can't WAIT....my last bike was instrumental in my initial weight loss of 50 pounds. I am actually looking forward to workouts again.

MFP is not a program...other than a computer one. Its a TOOL. You really create your own personal plan and simply use the information here to help. I am not following a program.....I am reducing calories (and carbs because I have diabetes). That's it.
