On the nights when I want to eat real bad and know I shouldn't, I'd take a light sleep aid if I needed help, and just go ahead and go to bed. I always felt better about myself in the morning for not giving in, and it's easier to not eat when you're sleeping, lol.

I think what you're having may be similar to what I was having trouble with. Although maybe not. Google posterior shin splints, see if that helps. Ice and rest are recommended either way. :wink:

180 calories and 11 grams of sugar works just fine for me. I've actually had more success losing weight since I found them than I did before. I think it depends on the person.

I was thinking the SAME thing. And yeah, why the big guy? He's a cutie, but it's like they did a heavy version of 'The Bachelor' with these girls who for the most part aren't even comfortable in their own skin! What kind of message is that sending out?

Ditto! I used 3 pound weights as well, and keep my arms moving and usually bent at all times, as well as boxing. My neighbors are probably getting a show, but my arms are looking pretty good. :) I haven't had any pain from it yet, and god knows I'm a klutz-- if there's a way to hurt myself doing something, I will find it.…

I ate 1/4 of a lemon pound cake, 2 brownies, and oreo pie on Saturday, along with hard lemonade. And had Bojangle's for dinner last night. I'm back in healthy mode today. I just considered it a little vacation. :laugh:

I love the wal-mart brand chocolate slimfast. If you stick it in the freezer 'til it's icy it's just like a milkshake, at 180 calories.

Hahaha, that's what I was thinking, if the night ends that way, I might be able to deal with that. But not if it starts off that way! And no, there is nothing quite like, and I'm assuming here, getting him to hold my hair back on the 2nd date. And I'm pretty sure there'd be no goodnight kiss. :laugh:
