I use a spray of Pam and then add a smidge of chicken broth as needed :)

If you're bored with drinking it, try making pudding! Mix almond/soy/rice/or regular milk with two scoops just like you're making a regular shake but mix in a Tbl of Chia seeds. It ends up making a pudding consistency and is so so yummy. Make flavored pudding by blending in fruit before adding seeds :)

Peanut butter! Well, at least at first. I had to not buy any until I was a couple months in and could trust myself around. Definitely Sees candy, I can never have just one...or just two.

I mix greek yogurt, strawberries, and some kind of crunchy cereal ( I like kroger bran flakes). Each bite is creamy, sweet, and crunchy!

Obviously this won't help you now, but I would suggest a heart rate monitor for the future. Carrying that extra weight while walking will boost you heart rate and burn more calories, but to accurately track it, a HRM is the way to go.

Honestly? Do some research and stick with the salads. I used to work at McDonalds and can never eat there anymore. The grilled chicken is NOT healthy. When you cook it on the grill, you dump melted butter (an ungodly amount) over the chicken. Try keeping some snacks in your car. Lara bars are so yummy and crazy filling.…

Congrats, I can totally see a difference! Just a tip though, start taking measurements. I measure around my thigh, tummy, boobs, and hips every other week. That might help you if you can say "WOW! I lost 3 inches from my belly" Keep it up girl!

Get off the scale and start taking measurements! The numbers on the scale can be deceiving because even though you are losing fat, you are rocking the gym so you are gaining muscle. Measure your thighs, waist, butt, chest, and go off of that instead of the scale. It will re-motivate you too!

I like to roast it with a little olive oil and salt, and then layer it in a lasagna with roasted zuchinni, mushroom, and spinach for a YUMMY, healthy version of a classic lasagna

Pintrest "health and fitness" section has tons of yummy, healthy recipes! If it doesn't detail the nutritional value, I just plug it in to the mfp recipes section and it breaks it all down!

If you have to have sweet, try a Luna bar! They have awesome flavors like chocolate peppermint, coconut, and nuts and chocolate. The bars are less than 200 calories and have a good serving of protein and fiber so they fill you up too! OR Freeze bananas and then blend them in the blender. It will seem awkward at first but…

I make an awesome lasagna! I use whole wheat noodles but also use slices of roasted eggplant, zuchinni, and mushrooms. I cut the cheese in half and use fresh basil and tomato SAUCE, not a pasta sauce. Yummy.
