Snack Attack?!

Any other snackers like me? What do you do to help with your sweet cravings?

    If you have to have sweet, try a Luna bar! They have awesome flavors like chocolate peppermint, coconut, and nuts and chocolate. The bars are less than 200 calories and have a good serving of protein and fiber so they fill you up too!

    Freeze bananas and then blend them in the blender. It will seem awkward at first but then they magically become this wonderful, creamy treat that is JUST like ice cream. Top with couple dark chocolate morsels and snack away!
