This is kind of a nice post. I like to hear it doesn't matter what time of day, just eat at your calorie level. Normally my lunch now a days is the biggest meal anyway....

I just got the Jack3d a couple days ago. I do know it is used for weight training and I was doing weights when I took it, but did some stairs after my weight training. I was not aware of how intense it was....so my fault in that department. I do not have diabetes, I do not have high blood pressure, I have been checked out…

This is very interesting....I have been on it for about 20 days and lost only about 3 pounds. So...I hope it will be better next month. BUT I have to lose 5 pounds per month to get a script for next month....

I started taking this medicine last week. I have lost about a pound. I got on them because I was stuck. I lost 40 lbs, gained 15 back and could not get them back off. I count calories, I exercise 60 minutes a day...5-6 days a week. So I have not seen the dramatic loss like some folks on here have.... but I hope it comes…

Anyway you would post your weight? That is a lot of weight to lose by then, but if you are working very hard it could happen!!

You will be just fine! Take it one day at a time, actually....one meal at a time! I just ate a sausage Mcmuffin and then read your post.....wow, do I feel bad!! Not really, I wouldnt even drink it if I had to do black. I made my normal coffee this morining, measured the creamer and sugar and drank about a quarter of it. At least I can have a little taste of it. So a the whole thing would of been 50 calories, and drank just a small amount of it.....hows that?

So I am in day 3, and I have drank a coffee every day. I hope this doesnt screw anything up. I just couldnt start my day with out it. Yes, I do use creamer and sugar..........but just one cup, most of the times dont even finish it. Is this screwing it up?

Thank you everyone! I am now on my second day of the 16:8. I think this is perfect for my schedule. I am so far loving it! So I am still reading the websites you guys suggested. I intake 1500-1700 a day normally. If I do the 18:6 (better for my daily life) do I consume this many calories still....or more?
