How high can my heart rate go???
I started taking Jacks3d before my workout the last two days. It kind of feels like I cant breathe when I am working out. My heart rate got up to 188 today on the stair machine. I just don't want to have a heart attack!! So just wondering if anyone know on how high I can go???

I have been doing the C25K program, typically on the treadmill. But today did it outside on the street. I weight about 195 (down 42 pounds) and the highest it was today was 183. How much do you pay for a Trainer
I am hitting a plateau and hopefully will start with a trainer next week. I am just not sure if she is expensive or not. $40 an hour is what she is charging me. I would like to know what you guys are paying???
