I'm in !!! I just joined MFP about a week ago....so far I love the site and all of the support that you get !!! It keeps you completely motivated !!!

I'm in as well !!! Its not encouraging to step on the scale every morning and see that it hasn't moved lol...once a week would be alot better and than I may actually see some results !!!! I've gotten into the habit of stepping on the scale every day sometimes more than once and analyzing every little ounce !

I typically go for Wheat Thins, Pretzels dipped in honey mustard, fruit, yo plait light yogurt, sugar free Jello, Sugar Free Pudding (Hunts Snack Pack has ones that are like 60 calories) kettle corn popcorn (theres single serve bags available)
