yep, i triple that. coffee down, workout done, nothing but the nutrition to worry about for the rest of the day. peace of mind, and an early morning endorphin boost, cant go wrong with that.

if this question has already popped up in your head and you have already been told previously that youre borderline diabetic, i would definitely suggest, yes. especially after you stated youre aware of your 'sugar addiction' and you tend to have blow outs. im all about iifym, but if i were you, i would pay a close…

A) What equipment do you use? gym ball, squat rack, foldable bench, adjustable dumbells and barbells, pull up bar, resistance band (plus high painting platform for step-ups, back of chairs for dips... etc) B) Do you use any dvds, insanity, 30 day challenges etc? nope C) How heavy do you lift if you use weights... ie what…

i use unflavoured, plain beta alanine powder mixed in sugar free juice. all side effect it gives me is the itch/ant attack. some people can work past by it, some even like it. i find it quite disturbing.

have been considering both; upping my calories to lose more fat, then when im down to around 20%bf do my first bulk. not keen on eating at a surplus until im certain that i can definitely lose the extra fat built alongside lbm. i suppose its just a vicious circle of being scared of gaining fat if eating more, but might be…

shortly: ive been eating like this for a year now and 'only' lost 4% of body fat. beginning of april 2013 body fat 27.5% end of may 2014 body fat 23.5% details: using a food scale for 2 years, weighing and logging everything daily, using grams, not cups/spoons. eating 40/30/30 for over a year now, since i started lifting.…

bumping, because im gradually heading toward 20/40/40 from 40/30/30 (c/f/p) and would like saras or steels opinion on my case: i lift 4x a week (phul), cardio 2x a week, one rest day. (lifting 50-70min/session, cardio 20min) consuming 1800+ which, according to fat2fit, my lightly active intake to still lose weight.…

another vote on foam rolling. best. pain. ever. edit: we werent talking about inflammation, we were talking about pain. and foam rolling does help on that issue.

agreed. im training at home currently, because i have no time for gym. mind that i did invest into heavy weights, a squat rack and a bench to do so. no, they arent attractive in the middle of my living room, but hey, who cares?! yes, i do have off days, when id rather sit on the sofa watching films, but i always (mostly)…

ya'll welcome.

stay at home mum here, using the afternoon nap times to lift 4x during the week. 2x light jog over the park (hate dat cardio ting) on the weekends, when the other half can focus on the little miss.

exactly why i log everything. every pig-outs, every bites if/when i finish my daughters meals, and every binges of mine. it might be ugly, but at end i can look back and see where did i stumble and can even analyse the reason behind each binge.

^ yes. happens to me quite often... when i dl i focus on everything else but the bar hitting my shins - thats the least of my worries at that moment of time.
-
^ yes. and when you are 'done', comfortable/over with the body weight exercises, you can get a resistance band... cheap, and superb!

thank you so much guys, greatly appreciate the input! this was my 1RM so im squatting lighter, and found my depth is nowhere near deep (maybe not even parallel) when my stance isnt as wide. i have the same, pain issues with barbell split squats, so ill be ditching that for a while too. was considering getting a resistance…
