my goal by christmas is to have enough self control to eat cheese and crackers-and be able to stop eating them after only a few. and eat mostly from the veggie trays :)

walk or run your dog. do squats while doing dishes. or sometimes i do squats in the shower when I'm doing nothing better but standing.

So far today I've had 5 glasses of water and felt no hunger :)

When I'm sick I usually don't eat much because I'm not feeling good and what not. And I do like to get up and do at least some exercise. I usually feel better and if I don't I know I'll say "gosh maybe I should have worked out."

I like to weigh myself in the morning anyway, just to make sure I'm on track. I may think I had a good day but step on and notice that I gained. Helps me make sure I'm making good choices :)
