I really wanted to share this with everyone! I found this Sara Lee Low calorie bread! For two slices, it's only 90 calories! Yes, it is smaller than the normal sized bread, but for those of us who CAN'T cut out bread- this is a blessing! There's wheat, white, multigrain, and 100% whole wheat! I would definitely recommend it!

All of the varieties on the page linked to have only 40 calories a slice.

I absolutely love Nature's own bread and even their regular wheat and double fiber bread only have 50 calories a slice!

For people who have winco in the area-the Hy-top wheat bread is also 90 calories for two slices. I love sara lee bread though-glad to hear it comes in low cal!!

Not sure where this brand 'For For Life' is all distributed, but they have a sprouted grain and seed bread I really love! Only 80 calories a slice, and it's organic too!

Nature's Own is by far the best low calorie bread. I've tried them all...

Try it and you won't be disappointed. The sara lee 90 cal was not very springy. Also tried a few other brands like Dieters Delight and they were all stale.

Does it taste like normal bread or does it leave a horrible aftertaste??

It tastes normal! It definitely isn't as satisfying as an italian roll (I'm Sicilian, so bread is a part of my life forever :P)! I 'd rather eat this and cut out some of the calories though

The nature's own bread tastes awesome. Even if I wasn't dieting I would still use it. I can not however comment on the lower calorie versions of it. I use the regular 100% whole wheat variety (50 cals per slice) because I haven't found anyone around my area that sales the 40 cal version. The only issue with all these breads are they are more expensive than regular bread. Around here you can get a regular loaf of bread for 1.19ish... and nature's own costs anywhere from 2.50-3 per loaf.

I NEED THAT. I am addicted to carbs. haha.

There are these AMAZING things called VitaTops, and they are my LIFESAVER! The ones Im obssessed with are the "Sugar Free Velvety Chocolate."
90 calories, its as big as my hand, and its STUFFED with chocolate. You pop it in the microwave for 40 seconds, and its AMAZING! The chocolate chips get all melty... mmmmmm..... its HEAVEN!

You should try them(: They sell them at the freezer section of the store! SOOOO GOOD!!!!
