I understand all this. But I think the frustration comes from losing so fast, then almost going to a halt. I still have 98 pounds to lose. So I have a long ways to go! Thanks for the advice.

Feel free to add me! This is a long journey! And I would have to agree, that you are changing your life instead of dieting. I look at a diet as something short term, changing my life is forever! This is a life style change, and something I can sustain!

Just finished my first year in the nursing program. I have one more year to get my BSN, that is if everything goes as planned! I hope to be close to my goal weight by the time I walk across the stage next year!!!!!!!

On Wednesday of this month, it will be 4 months. The Monday after Thanksgiving last year, I just did a complete 180. I stopped eating fast food, unless it was something I knew I could have and still stay within my calorie goal. I didn't let myself have those foods for three months.
