Down 1.9 lb this week... and while I'm excited that I'm down it's the same 10 lbs I keep losing/gaining back so I'm determined to work my butt off next week to get me out of this 10 lb hold!!

I know exactly how you feel! i lost my mom a few years ago and it was the worst thing that ever happened to me! i still sometimes sabotage myself when I get upset and think about it. Congrats on your loss! i'm here for support and motivation if you need me!

well I was up 2.4 this morning.. which I expected because I was TERRIBLE this weekend at the NASCAR race... but I'm going to just track it and move on and hope for a better week next week!

I think the WII Fit is okay, but I really love the EA Active better. I feel like it's much more personal to you and what you need to do and you DEFINITELY break a sweat doing the EA Active workouts and everyday it's a different routine so you don't get bored with it... So i just have to share with everybody my new favorite snack!! it's the Special K Multi Grain crackers (the ones that come in the little 90 calorie pack) and a wedge of the light original laughing cow cheese! together it's like 125 calories and its sooooo yummmmmmyy!!! I know i'm crazy, just had to share!
