Thank you. My yellow lab is the one with cancer, she's only 5 years old. My chocolate is going to be 7, thankfully he is healthy.

I did manage 30 minutes on my stepper this evening, and despite having a hectic and upsetting day, I did not overeat. I found out this morning that one of my dogs has cancer :(

Thank you :)

I had a good day today. I meet some colleagues for lunch at a great seafood place in Cocoa Beach that makes really good fritters. I had one, I didn't want to deprive myself, since I don't go there very often. I usually would have had three or four, so was fine with one. I made the meeting about the people, with the food as…

Wow that's great!

I'm not a big veggie fan either. I have a green smoothie every day for lunch. I put spinach, kale and carrots, along with greek yogurt and some frozen fruit. I get three servings that way. I hope you feel better.

The scale did not budge again this week. It's frustrating. I have been under everyday on calories, and upped the intensity of my workouts. I'm not giving up though.

Good luck and have fun

Today was a good day. I was very focused with work and had several errands to do and didn't have a lot of stress, so stress eating wasn't an issue.
-
I am bumping up the intensity of my workouts in intervals, hoping that makes a difference.

Congratulations to @MadAliceNo1 for 1st place in weight loss, and to our team for 1st place :)

Thank you :)

So my weight has remained the same this week despite averaging 15000 steps per day, and being slightly under on my calories every single day. I am a bit discouraged, but am not going to let it derail me.

Thanks for the recipes. It's finally cooling down enough here in Florida, to have soup. This sounds really good.

Wow the food plan looks great! Is the Italian chicken soup homemade? If yes, can you share the recipe? It sounds yummy.

I hope everyone is doing well. I have been doing great this week. This morning I wasn't really feeling working out, so I broke up my workout, I did the 14 minute interval on the bow flex max trainer, then a half hour on my stepper and then about 10 minutes with a new thing that mys husband picked up for me yesterday, its a…

I wasn't able to cut out sugar. I know that I should and hope to someday, but for today, I enjoy my chocolate and ice cream too much :0 Other than that I had a good day.

Hello, my name is Cathy. I am feeling discouraged about a few things about my life in general, and recently gained 8 lbs after being on a high dose of prednesone to treat asthma, for a couple of weeks. Prior to that I was only about 5lbs from my goal weight. I want to lose those 8 lbs, plus 4 or five more and get my…

I am 47 and had a total abdominal hysterectomy last May and was thrown right into menopause. I feel awful almost all the time. I have gained about 10 lbs, and look like I am five months pregnant. I started on premerin in June and hoped it would ward off the unfortunate symptoms of menopause, but it hasn't. I saw a Dr that…
