It's that time of year when the weather changes, and things seem a little more blah. I'm always trying to find new ways to motivate myself, but I welcome suggestions any of you might have.

Pick out a short term goal; a family gathering, an event or upcoming vacation or outing and pledge to look your best. Picture all those who say "you can't" and use it to push you through. It all works.
