MY wife is the better half. She eats a tone of fruits and veggies. We just had another kiddo a few months ago and she is getting back into the routine of things and starting to walk. However, she does not have to work at the weight loss like I do.

I started the couch to 5k back in March. With small changes to my diet and now I am down about 30 to 35 lbs. I am going for a Mini Marathon in September. Just walking alone is great. It also gets you outside of the house or office.

I agree with this. Now a days people are spending less than 500 bucks for a laptop. IF they get a year or two out of it they are happy. Also the increase has to do with Working from home and office, as well as the school. It is easier to care a laptop around at school than a desktop. Besides, do you really need that much…
