Low-cab protein supplements can be good to up protein. Just be careful what you mix the powdered ones with! (Of course, water adds 0 calories!) Yes!! Go to Food --> Settings. There you'll see 3 meals, one snack, and two empty spaces. You can even rename them to whatever you want. Hope this helps. :)
