I'm 54, 5'2' and I have been doing 1200 a day since starting MFP amd I am rarely hungry. I make the absolute most of those calories. I will eat back my exercise calories, though. Thank you soooo much for posting this! I was boo-hoo'ing just this morning because I was tired and didn't want to go for my walk. Watching this video was a very good attitude adjustment for me. I got teary watching it. He is truly an inspiration!

I was just going thorough some of my clothes yesterday and it's amazing that even with one size, say an 18, that there are degrees with in. Like I have smallish 18's and others that hang on me!

It could also be hormone related. I went into early menopuase when I was 30 and all heck broke out with my skin and I still deal with it and I'm 53. Not as bad but I still get break outs from time to time. I also learned the hard way that I can't use any products that have salicylic acid in them as it just makes it worse.…

Is it possible for you to get you exercise in the morning instead of waiting till after work? That might also inspire you to eat better at lunch time and not undo all your hard work from working out. I like the other suggestions offered here too!

I remember something Bob Greene (her fitness guru) said on Oprah, that the hunger pain feeling is your body "eating" stored body fat. And he said don't always be in a hurry to feed the hunger pain. Of course you don't want to wait to long either and be out of control.
