Please feel free to add me as a friend. I have been on my weight loss journey since 2009 and I take it day by day. Recently I haven't had the need to weigh myself. Many have stressed, its just a number compared to the weigh I feel and live my life.

I subscribe to Spotify its about ten dollars a month to connect to my Iphone and can make a playlist on my phone. I have J-Lo, Britney, David Guetta, Usher, Beyonce, LMAOF Madonna, Lady Gaga and Black Eyed Peas and Abba are pretty good.

Before I got married I tried the miracle soup diet. It worked but I got hives, not sure if it was because of the tomatoes or if I was nervous. Vegetable soup every day for seven days, one day I remember I could have all the bananas.

I wake up at 4:30 to be working out at 5:15, 5:30. I started in November when Daylight Savings time fell back one hour. IT is hard now with Spring Forward though. On the weekends I have no problem. Congratulations, my New Years Resolution was to start Insanity and before I bought it, I researched reviews on others who have done it. I completed the program in the beginning of March. I started again a month ago and today I completed. I'm off to month two. What an accomplishment.

I like New Balance too. I also have a pair of running shoes I got at a running store on Black Friday for $20.00 originally priced at 100. They are Brooks. I have a size ten shoe and they've been pretty good. Although in running shoes they always recommend to go a size high, so my Brooks are 11. Getting your feet measured…

Its tempting to see all those good things I have those cravings too. If you cook, there are healthy comfort foods. I love Hungry Girl and she has fantastic comfort foods. If you want to eat those foods just do it every so often. Don't blow it.
