I have no idea how to post pics in here.
Anyone reading this knows how hard this is. I have been on and off for 2 years now. I have always been overweight, even as a young child. When I stepped on the scale in January of 2011 and I weighed close to 240 pounds, I said ENOUGH!!!! But that didn't last long. In January 2012, I started out at 232 pounds. That lasted about 6 months, until my Grandpa died. He was my motivator. He taught me a lot about healthy living. So what did I do when he died? I ate a lot of fried chicken and quit moving for the next 6 months. I gained back 10 of the pounds that took me 6 hard months to lose.
This morning, the scales read 179. Progress. When I started again in mid January, I was at 192. I almost fell off again this week. The cold weather makes me grumpy
I know I can do this. It's hard to see the change, though, standing in front of the mirror. I hope these pics work. The first one is from early 2012, February or March. The one in the blue shirt is from this month.
