I weigh myself only once per week.

I really don't eat out much. I try to prepare all of my meals so I know exactly what's going in my mouth and how many calories, etc. One of my doctors told me, "If you're eating out, you're eating wrong." I'll never forget that.

Hey, don't be so hard on yourself. You really are not overweight by that much. Your healthy weight range for being 5'1" is anywhere between 100-132 lbs. Give yourself some time. Try not to weigh yourself daily, but only once per week. I promise if you stay on track with your calories and this program you will begin to see results.
