Just remember that you are carrying a baby, growing a person. I am 33 weeks and 5 days, today, before getting pregnant I went from 360-250 lbs. Seeing the scale go up, and seeing my belly get bigger has been stressful but just imagine what holding your LO will be like. That has to be worth all the "not so great" feelings…

I am currently 8 months pregnant. My belly started looking different around 4 months but it wasn't really noticeable to most people. All of my weight is just moving to my belly. I have actually lost weight this pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy.

I am 25 weeks and 5 days along, 6ft and 252 before pregnancy. I am now 254. Definitely obese, but a lot better than I was in 2009 when I was at 360; My family and doctor are concerned about me not gaining weight. Honestly, I am beginning to worry that I may be getting an eating disorder. I wouldn't tell that to my husband…

I am 18 weeks today... trying my best to stay healthy and eat healthy. I am only 1 pound up from my pre pregnancy weight. We will see how this goes. I have lost over 100 pounds in the past 5 years by not eating any grains. I am still in the obese catagory, and about 60 pounds from my "ideal" weight. My doctor looked at me…

I am obese and I have lost 20 lbs between week 6-9. My doctor immediately put me on anti-nausea meds and told me to stop working out. When I saw my doctor on Thursday for my 11 week check up he was happy that I gained 6 pounds back from the 20. So my total weight loss in the first trimester is 14lbs. I now have to go see a…

I was diagnosed with PCOS 11 years ago. I have lost almost 130 pounds total (from my heaviest). I went from 370 to 242. The first 70 was doing low carb and working on 5 days a week, 30 mins a day. This last 50 has been using MFP and eating the Paleo diet. I am now on maintenance because I found out I was pregnant 5 weeks…

Hi, My name is Amy and I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18, which was 11 years ago.Since then I have gained and lost weight. I have lost about 130 pounds from my heaviest and I found out last week I am pregnant. Once I have this baby I'll go back to wanting to lose weight, but that isn't my focus now (for obvious reasons) Feel…

I joined MFP on May 17th. My ticker is from then. I have lost over 50 lbs in almost 7 months....but I am now four weeks pregnant so I have taken myself off of eating at a deficit and just trying to maintain for now.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 18. I had gone 2 years without a period. I was on the pill from 18-28. In those 10 years my weight fluctuated from 275-360ish. Some of the symptoms of PCOS went away. The dark coloring on my arm pits, thighs, and neck went away. This past June I took myself off of the pill. My…

Hit enter too quickly. I started at 350 and now I am 245.....My goal currently is to lose 10 pounds by Jan. 1st..... I have lost 54 since May 17th.....I hope I'll be able to do it...

I am over 200 pounds.... I would love to be your friend. :-)

Mine is since joining.... I lost about 100 pounds, then gained some back, then joined MFP and started losing again. It says 53 now.... if I went from where I started it would be 103. If I saw 103, I might just sit back on my laurels. But you can see the difference in my profile pic.

Amazing job! You are an inspiration!

I am 6ft tall as well but my body shape is an apple. My dress was a side-draped bodice and off-the-shoulder neckline with a lace up back and chapel train. I have only been married a year so that is why I remembered my dress (okay maybe I just pulled it up from my e-mails about it). LOL I found that with my body and height…

I am 2 pounds under my license weight, BUT my license doesn't expire for another 32 YEARS (Yup, AZ doesn't expire until your 60th birthday) so who knows if I'll ever get it changed or when.... I could keep my license having my photo when I was 21 if I wanted....

I am 6ft tall, at my biggest I was 350 and currently I am 269. I have a large frame (7 and half inch wrist). I have always said my goal weight was 199 (just to get under 200) but really thought it would be 180, but two weeks ago my thoughts were kinda crushed. My doctor took my body fat percentage and said that he would…

There are groups on MFP for women with PCOS. If you are interested, please feel free to join them. It helps to have a group that understands what you are facing with PCOS. I am a member of "P.C.O.Sis" but there are a few other ones too. Just go to groups and do a search with PCOS, and they will pop up.

I attempt to stay away from any processed carb. I do eat veggies and fruit. I try to keep my carb count to under 100 and my protein above 100. I have not been put on any meds for my PCOS, yet, but I have heard a lot about metformin and the side effects of that.

Hello! I am 28 and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 18. I have lost 28 pounds in just about 2 and half months. For me (and for a lot of people I have spoken with) changing my eating habits to eating low carb, high protein has really helped in losing the weight. I start (in 2009) at my heaviest, 360lbs. I lost about 90…
