that's like saying all small chicks are dom.. it doesn't work that way. i guess fat girls might have crappy self esteem and be more prone to being sub because they like being treated poorly (and treat themselves badly ie: self harm, overeating) i'm sub in bed but dom in life.

raspberries are pretty low, they have fibre too! and strawberries. next would be melon.. but i think raspberries are sweet and tart and perfect. berries and cream is the best low carb dessert. this is where i'd use google to calculate the carb counts if i can eat 4 raspberries or 3 strawberries and fit it into my day of 20…

i don't see how that will work. i always laugh at 'jumpstarting metabolism' low carb is a wonderful way to go though. keto flu might suck for him especially since he's still a teen. on the other hand, he might not even notice it. hope he likes his meat and veggies =D

i normally don't eat carby things, just veggies, little dairy and a few nuts. i had strep throat for a few days and ate applesauce, yogurt, popsicles, ice cream.. and i got like 5 new zits. really sucks.

2 eggs 2 ounces cream cheese blend, add in yummlies if you want (stevia, cinnamon etc) cook like a pancake. serve with butter/maple syrup i love the sweet/savory. it's like french toast and bacon. you could always make oopsies or MiMs.

if i saw food sitting in a common kitchen area, i would assume it is for everyone. i wouldn't cut into a cake, but cupcakes? i'd be all over them.
