You look like you have a great body in your profile picture, I doubt anyone can see your so called "lumps and bumps!" Relax, have fun, and get your workout in. And I'm just like you..I can be down right gross after just a half hour session compared to everyone else... But I ignore it! We all start somewhere!

Listen to your body. I would be on Day 15 today, but I think I'm going to take a rest day today. I'm sore and muscles probably want to heal a bit! I have seen inches lost, but have gained 5 lbs. hopefully that'll fall off soon..maybe rest days will help!

Sorry, but you can't control where you lose weight from! But hopefully soon it'll start leveling off and your new body will be in proportion to your new size. And it's also where I lose first, unfortunately....ugh, well Good Luck anyways!

I have shih tzu, and I would never, ever run with her. She does not have the stamina nor energy to keep up with me. Especially since her legs are so short compared to my longer strides. But, you know your puppy better than I do! Also, be careful in this heat and heat stroke.
