One of my cats desperately needs to go on a diet. She is a Maine Coon Mix, but she's 20 pounds, and I know that it's not all muscle. Though I like to say so. She's a curvy gal with weight to lose--but she screams at me anytime her food bowl is slightly empty. So hard with cranky kitties. And good luck with your dog!

Yes, my best advice is to hide the scale for a while! Make the right choices, exercise, and concentrate on how you look and feel. The number on the scale is of absolutely no importance right now!! Good Luck!

From what I've read and learned...You may need to up your calories to beat any plateau. Look at the Eat More to Lose more group on here. Just a suggestion, Best of Luck! And congratulations on your results.

A) You can get it for free on YouTube. Or in the store, it's only $9. B) I'm on Day 6 and absolutely love it!!!! It's tough but as the days go by it gets easier. I highly recommend it! And I have fun doing it :D I hope my result turn out to be as great as I know I'll feel in 24 days.

I'm on Day 4 of the shred, and on Day 1, I decided to up my cals from 1200 to 1500. I've only netted 1000 so far so I need to eat more to get in my range! Since the shred I have gained 2 lbs. I am out of food in my house right now, so lunch was plain and simple. Yogurt and Bread with Jelly...Not too appetizing yet good for bumping up calories. BUT tonight I am looking forward to Pasta Primavera with lots of yummy veggies on top!!
