I like what you said here most! I was doing the 1200 and too much cardio, and not enough eating. Doesn't work for me so I am just starting to switch it up! Thanks for the motivation :)

I was netting under 1200 for the past 2 weeks or so. Needless to say, yesterday and today, my body has been starving! So I ate and ate. I always love whole wheat bread with peanut butter (or jelly) or Yogurt. Easy and quick to throw together in a morning's rush.

Today is my Day 3 for level 1. I just posted in the other thread, but I absolutely love how packed this workout is. After 20 minutes, I feel as if I worked out for over 60+ minutes at the gym, all in the conveniance of my own home. Good Luck everyone! Congratulations on your success! I just started the 30 Day shred by Jillian Michaels...It's a 20 minute packed workout. Can find it on youtube, or order a DVD for a few bucks. And if you have some hand weights, you'll be good to go!

Good idea! Labor Day is a few days before my birthday...So my goal is lose 15 pounds, and have a lot of lean and tone muscle! So I can look and feel absolutely fabulous.

I don't like it when guys look like they spend hours upon hours at the gym. If you are lean and cut, yet natural, then that's my favorite. So you look great! Keep up the fantastic work! Guy 1 is my ideal, but 2 is good too :)

Do as much as your body can handle. It's better to go slow and steady than to over exert yourself, and injure yourself. I just finished Day 2 of the 30 day shred. And yuck, I am a mess afterwards! But I like the feeling. I hope I keep the determination to keep going each day. Good Luck :)

Also don't sing to yourself while working out. Just because you have earphones on, doesn't mean that we can't hear you! This was happening right next to me today...an older gentleman was singing his heart out happy as could be. But you could tell he was puzzled by all of the wandering eyes our way :)

I am never usually too hungry, depending on what time I wake up. But today I had 1/2 an apple and a kiwi...Just enough to get me through a decent workout. Then I'm usually starving after my shower, so I load up on peanut butter, that's what I always crave! And yogurt. Yum.
