  • I use a heart rate monitor that has a cycle and run option. It works out my calories, heart rate etc. Hope that helps!
  • I've just bought a new pair of jeans, waist 34". First time in that size for about 12 years! 4 months ago gave away a nice running top that was too small - that would now fit.
  • Keep going ! You are probably just toning up more than losing weight. Give yourself a bit more time and just keep a check on what you are eating. A HRM has really helped me to know what I'm burning during exerecise.
  • I've been doing circuits, spinning and aerobics but in a class environment where you can push yourself against others. How are you folks getting on doing this alone at home? How do you keep the motivation going? Haven't bought the DVDs yet, but I'm thinking about it! Simon
