I eat a lot of salads for dinner Jen or chicken and veggies - I keep my carbs under a 100... not easy, like you said, most every thing has carbs.

I would think it has something to do with the weight you have lost, in order to keep losing you have to reduce your calories depending on your curent weight. I weigh 140 and it gave me 1200 cal's a day.

Count me in - I need to lose no less than 10lbs but 15-20 would be better but not sure my body will cooperate.. it's acting like I'm in my fifties.. oh wait.. I am ;)
