  • My Charge HR broke last month after having it a year and a half - upgraded to the Blaze and I absolutely love it! It's a nice step up. Even though it is bigger, it's strangely more comfortable than the HR too. Hope you like it!
  • Unico Nutrition has a new one that's really good! It's a combo of quinoa, hemp, and pea proteins. It only comes in vanilla but it's got a great flavor.   • Make sure you're eating enough calories and getting enough carbs and protein. If you're feeling weak when you lift there's a good chance you're not eating enough. You need fuel to lift or you WILL lose muscle.
