I do a modified burpee! I come home, head to the couch and collapse. When I need to get up I roll myself off the couch, hit the floor then get up. Repeat!

My Garmin and Strava are synced. My calories burned are off of my heart rate, my weight, and length of exercise. I never trust the systems and their “pre-calculated” numbers. I find this to be the most accurate way of monitoring calories burned.

I am using the vivosmartHR and that is the Garmin Connect. I find this to be much more accurate than the Fitbits I owned in the past.

That was last Friday. I do tend to have days like that during Mountain biking or snowboarding.

I am a huge mountain biker. Personally I do not think you can burn more calories than mountain biking. Plus, riding through the trees, seeking those wonderful vantage points, avoiding all the sounds of traffic and infrastructure, mountain biking is it.

I am aim for 1500 - 1700 a day. Some days it’s hard if I am doing Paleo. There are days I eat high fat to boost the calories. If I eat grains, it’s much easier to obtain. I try to mix up my meal plans to avoid any plateaus.

I am up in Alberta so Sunshine Mountain, Lake Louise, Fernie and Castle Mountain are pretty close and fantastic mountains. Mostly Lake Louise though. How about you?
