  • Hi there, I just had a baby girl in Jan and have been finding it hard to get the last 20lbs off and my sister tinahalliday and I decided we would try this together to see if we could help motivate each other. I have gone back to work just 2 days a week because I was finding myself getting a little depressed being home all…
  • I thought the same thing when I read this.lol
  • I believe you log it as 15lbs because it is in each arm.
  • OMG, you look great. Congrats to you!!!!:noway:
  • I have a pug named Chicklet so I just added the y.
  • Are you lifting weights while working out. You could be that size but a heavier weight because muscle weighs more that fat. I was a size 10 before I started working out and weighed 138lbs but when I started working out, I was still 138lbs but was a size 4. It is possible to lean out while not losing weight. Congrats on…
  • Do you use weights? You can build muscle that will thin you out and make you look healthier. Before I got pregnant, I weighed 138lbs. I started at 146lbs, lost the 8lbs and started using weights when I worked out. I was a size 10 and went down to a size 4 but didn't lose any more weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. When I…
  • They say it takes us a lot longer to see our selves the way other people do when we loose weight. You keep up the great work too.
  • amazing pictures. Congrats. Keep up the great work.
  • I don't find this posting offensive at all. It's true, alot of women do starve themselves thinking it's going to help them lose the weight faster. I was one of those people until I joined this site. If you read most of the comments, there doesn't seem to be many people upset by this post other than yourself. Maybe you…
  • I agree, Ab Ripper X, part of the P90X program. It is a very good workout for your abs. The whole P90X program is great. Have done it twice, started a third round then found out I was pregnant so had to stop. If you can get your hands on this program, you should try it. I have turned a few people onto it and they all love…
  • Congrates on the engagement. It's great that you have started your weightloss journey. I would recommend that you start to use some weights in your workouts also. The cardio is great but the weights really do make a difference. You know what they say, "muscle burns fat!!". Good luck with everything.
  • The best time to work out is when it's the best time for you. If you prefer to do it at night, that's great. I used to work out after dinner but I was finding that I was having a hard time getting to sleep. I work out in the morning now, get up at 3:30am and work out for a hour. It gives me all the energy I need to get…
  • Peanut butter on an apple is really good. If you have time to bake, muffins from the Eat Clean cookbook are good. cottage cheese and fruit. Protein is really good to eat with every snack if you can.
  • I used a heart rate monitor to count my calories. If you get one, the ones with the chest strap are the best because it's reading your heart rate all the time and gives you an accurate count. The one I have is a Timex and it has done a good job.
  • I have done 2 rounds of P90X. Just finished the last round the beginning of Feb. I love the workouts too. I am taking a break from it right now and doing the Ripped videos and some other cardio videos. I only had 8lbs to lose and I did that before I started the workouts, but I was still size 9/10. I have gone down to size…
  • I love pugs too. I have 2 that are pure bred and we have another one that we think may be a bug but not sure. We're thinking of having a DNA test done to see for sure. We also have a puggle, pug/beagle mix.
  • I have done the Chalean Extreme workouts. They are great. I found them a little easy though because I had done P90X just before starting the program. The cardio workouts kick your butt. Good luck to everyone who is doing the program or who is thinking about doing it. Between the P90X and Chalean Extreme, I went from a size…
  • I've done 2 rounds of P90X. It is a great workout. Why don't you like Kenpo? It's one of my favs. To all you first timers, good luck and keep up the good work.
  • I will sit down and eat up to 6 tlsps of peanut butter on a bad day. I love it too.
  • First of all, good for you for making the decision. I quit almost 15 yrs ago and I smoked for 10 yrs then. Started when I was 12. I also quit cold turkey. I found I started walking more and chewing alot of gum. If you watch what you eat, you shouldn't have to worry too much about gaining weight. I wish you all the luck and…
  • Try adding some whey protein powder to your oatmeal. I have a great oatmeal receipe that is in the thin kitchen cookbook from beachbody, it 1 cup cooked oats, one scoop of whey protein, mine is vanilla, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter. I love it and it's just over 300 cal and it keeps you full. You…
  • I confess, I like peanut butter way too much. I can never stop at just one spoon, I had as many as seven. I love peanut butter.:ohwell:
  • I workout in the evening mostly because I just don't have enough time in the morning, at work for 6:30am. I like to do my workout, going for a nice hot shower and then off to bed. I also get a walk in most days at work for lunch.
  • I hope you find him, keep us posted. I don't know what I would do if any of my dogs went missing. It must be an awful feeling. Good luck.
  • I've been watching the dimple I have in my right butt check getting smaller and smaller. I love it
  • OMG, congrats, you look great. You are an inspiration.
  • Congrats to you, that is awesome. You should be so proud of yourself. Good luck with your marathon. Cheers to you:drinker:
